During the pandemic, it's very hard to find good webshops to buy a hookah especially in my country, Hungary. I found their website totally randomly, and I'm not dissapointed! Even though I'm 800+ kilometers away, the staff's communication was excellent via e-mail. I've got my hookah in 4 working days, the package was trackable, they even gave me some discount because the package vas damaged before they shipped it (they made sure that its safe before shipping, they wrapped it in bubble foil). I'm very satisfied! I hope once the pandemic is over, I can visit your beautiful country, and this shisha shop too!
Great guys and gals! Quick, professional and knowledgeable responses, very accommodating and understanding. Ordered goods all the way to Portugal, everything was neatly packaged, and I even received some free store merchandise (winter hat, gum, bag, etc). All the items that I ordered came with certificates and were in original boxes! Super happy. Will definitely order from them again!
